Photography & Media Release Waiver

By agreeing to this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  I grant permission to SF PERFUME WORKSHOPS to photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture my likeness during my participation in studio events, workshops, and activities.

  I understand that these images may be used for promotional, marketing, and/or educational purposes, including but not limited to SF PERFUME WORKSHOP'S website, social media, printed materials, and advertising.

  I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images.

• 04

  I waive any rights of ownership, inspection, or approval of the images, and release the Studio and its representatives from any liability related to the use of these materials.

  I understand that if I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I may inform SF PERFUME WORKSHOPS prior to participation, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate my request.
