By accessing or using the SF Perfume Workshops website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
All workshop bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to insufficient bookings, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. For private events, cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.
Private events and corporate bookings require a signed booking agreement and deposit to confirm your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for private events are outlined in the individual booking agreement.
Participants should inform SF Perfume Workshops of any known fragrance allergies or sensitivities prior to attending a session. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. SF Perfume Workshops is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse responses to materials used during a session.
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and design — is the property of SF Perfume Workshops and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. The custom fragrance formula created during a workshop belongs to the guest who created it.
SF Perfume Workshops is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our workshops or use of our website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
SF Perfume Workshops may photograph or record sessions for marketing and social media purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed in a group setting. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us at the start of your session.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
